Tom Walls
Chief Executive Officer


Tom brings over 20 years senior leadership experience in the Telecommunications industry to the CIQUAL team.

Prior to founding CIQUAL, Tom was the Vice President and General Manager of the Agilent Technologies Operational Support Systems Business where under his leadership the business grew to number one in the market.

Tom’s wide experience covers non-executive director roles, M&A deals and divestitures.

From 2002-2007 Tom was a member and advisory Director of the TeleManagement Forum.

John McElroy
Vice President of Operations


Prior to founding CIQUAL, John held senior Marketing, R&D and Operations Management roles at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies with over 30 years experience in the Telecoms industry.

John has worked at a senior level in both the UK and US and combines his blue-chip experience with recent success growing technology start-up businesses from seed to VC funding and acquisition.

John’s experience includes non-executive Director and Chairman roles within various technology start-up businesses.

David Bonner
Vice President of Marketing


David is a co-founder of CIQUAL and holds responsibility for the Sales and Marketing functions. Previously, David held Marketing Management positions at Harris and Agilent, as well as Engineering positions at Vodafone and Hewlett-Packard.

David brings 15 years Telecoms experience to CIQUAL. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Strathclyde University and has 3 patents in mobile communications. In 2006 David won the Bill Hewlett prize for highest commercial success with a patented product.
